Service boundaries
Title IV Solutions is a private document-preparation and support service, not a government agency, lender, loan servicer, law firm, or financial adviser. Federal program eligibility and outcomes are determined under applicable program rules, and no result is guaranteed. Federal loan programs can be accessed for free at StudentAid.gov.
PLAiTE Pay purchase terms
Version 2026-09-22.2. Your checkout identifies the service, price, and whether the payment is one time or recurring. By checking the agreement box and submitting payment, you authorize that exact order and ask Title IV Solutions to begin the selected service.
Title IV Solutions is the seller and customer-support provider for this order. PLAiTE Pay is the secure payment and order interface. Internal workflow tools do not replace Title IV Solutions as the seller shown on this checkout.
Title IV Solutions prepares and coordinates the selected service, but does not guarantee approval, forgiveness, a payment amount, or another account result. You remain responsible for reviewing information for accuracy and responding to requests needed to complete the work.
You may cancel a recurring service for future billing by contacting Title IV Solutions before the next scheduled payment. Cancellation does not automatically reverse work already completed or a payment already processed. Refund requests are reviewed using the service and payment status, the terms shown for the order, and applicable law. Nothing here limits a right that cannot legally be waived.
The accepted terms version, order, payment schedule, and acceptance time are kept with the service record. A terms reference is also included in the payment receipt and secure client portal.
Optional text messaging
If you check the separate text-message consent box, you agree to receive service-related messages about your request from Title IV Solutions. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.
